• Shall not be used in any similar therapeutic or trial manner on humans or live animals.

Information Use Restrictions

• The Buyer guarantees that any data, manuals, or information provided by the Seller prior to or during the execution of the purchase agreement will be used exclusively for scientific research purposes.

• The Buyer will not disseminate such information or chemicals in any way other than by explicitly presenting that they are strictly for scientific research and development.

Legal Compliance and Safety Awareness

The Buyer hereby officially acknowledges that:

• The Buyer is fully aware of the relevant legislation within the European Union and their specific state of delivery regarding the purchase, import, handling, and distribution of these goods.
• The Buyer understands the health, safety, and industrial hygiene risks associated with handling these chemical substances and assumes the obligation to adequately protect workers and warn third parties of these risks.
