Returns & refunds policy

Due to the specialized Research Use Only (RUO) nature of our products — which require strict storage conditions, sterility considerations, and chain-of-custody integrity — all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

Final Sale Policy

Products cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • No longer needed for your research
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse

This policy protects product quality and aligns with the regulatory requirements for research peptides.

Exceptions — Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every batch. If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit (e.g., broken vial, crushed packaging, leakage)
  • Defective (e.g., compromised seal, visible issues upon inspection)
  • Incorrect (wrong product or quantity shipped in error)

You must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

How to submit a claim:

  1. Email support@peptidos.eu with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photographs of the product(s), packaging, and the issue
    • A detailed description of the problem
  2. Our team will review your claim, usually within 1–2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
    • Replacement — A new shipment of the correct/replacement item(s) at no extra cost (including shipping)
    • Refund — A full or partial refund of the affected item(s) to your original payment method

Conditions for exception claims:

  • The issue must be due to a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or our error.
  • Products must not have been opened, reconstituted, used, or tampered with (beyond visual inspection of damage).
  • You must provide the requested evidence.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be discarded without refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened, reconstituted, or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage by the customer
  • Issues not reported within the 7-day window
  • Products where the customer did not follow the recommended storage instructions (cool, dry place; refrigerate at 0–8 °C; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, etc.)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Card payments (Visa/Mastercard): Typically processed within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your card issuer)
  • Bank transfer: Usually within 3–7 business days after we initiate the refund

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Partial refunds may apply when only part of an order is affected.
