Where do you ship from?

We ship orders from several of our branches across European Union. Your package is dispatched from the warehouse that has your order in stock and is nearest to your delivery address.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship across the whole Europe.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail as soon as we have completed your order.

What if my package tracking stops updating?

If your package tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, please contact our support team via e-mail at support@peptidos.eu.

We’ll investigate the shipment and offer a free reshipment if it’s confirmed lost.

In certain cases, such as when it’s evident that the order isn’t being delivered (e.g. returned to sender or stuck in customs without progress), you can apply for an earlier reshipment. Our support team will evaluate each situation individually to ensure a quick resolution.

Which currencies do you accept?

We accept payments in EUR.

If your card or account is in a different currency, your bank will automatically convert the amount at the current exchange rate.

Do you accept PayPal?

We do not currently accept direct PayPal payments.

Are your products intended for human consumption?

No. All peptides sold by Peptidos are strictly intended for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not designed, approved, or marketed for human or animal consumption, medical diagnosis, or therapeutic application. Researchers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local regulations.

What purity standard do your peptides meet?

Every peptide in the Peptidos collection meets or exceeds 99% purity standard, confirmed through independent third-party analysis. Each product is provided with a certificate of analysis for the batch.

How can I be sure the products are high quality?

Every batch of peptides is tested by independent third-party laboratories to verify purity, identity, and composition.

We publish lab reports on our website for full transparency.

How should I store peptides?

Generally for optimal stability:

  • Keep vials in a cool, dry place, ideally in a refrigerator (0–8 °C) or freezer (–°C) for long-term storage.
  • Once reconstituted, peptides should be used promptly and kept refrigerated.
  • Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve quality
Are all your peptides lyophilized?

Yes - all Peptidos vials are lyophilized (freeze-dried) to ensure maximum stability, purity, and shelf life.

This process preserves peptide integrity during shipping and long-term storage by protecting the molecules from heat, moisture, and oxidation.

Orders

Modifications, issues, and return policy.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final - items are non-returnable once shipped.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement where applicable.

I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact support@peptidos.eu immediately.

We can change the delivery address before order is shipped. After dispatch, the changes aren’t possible, but we’ll help you track or redirect the parcel if your carrier allows.

Why didn't I receive an email confirmation?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

If it’s not there, please reach out to support@peptidos.eu, and we’ll resend your confirmation and verify your order details.
