Shipping policy

Peptidos.eu ("we", "us", or "our") ships high-quality research peptides exclusively within the European Union from strategically located warehouses to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses within the European Union (EU), including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

We do not ship outside the EU at this time. If your country is not listed, please contact support@peptidos.eu for information on future availability.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders placed before 15:00 CET/CEST on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding Danish and EU public holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day from the nearest stocked EU warehouse to your delivery address.
  • Orders placed after 15:00, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days from the date of shipment for the vast majority of EU destinations.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit time can vary depending on your exact location, carrier performance, and other factors.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery country and postal code
  • Total order weight and package dimensions (our lyophilized peptide vials are lightweight and compact)
  • Selected shipping method

We partner with reputable tracked carriers (including DHL, UPS, GLS, and national postal services) across our EU warehouse network to keep costs competitive and delivery fast.

No hidden fees — the exact shipping cost is clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We recommend reviewing the final total (products + shipping + any applicable VAT) at the checkout stage.

4. Shipping Method & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped with full tracking via secure, reputable carriers.
  • A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the order is handed to the carrier.
  • You can track your shipment directly via the link in the email, through your Peptidos.eu account (if created), or on the carrier’s website.
  • Tracking provides real-time visibility from dispatch until delivery.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Responsibilities (Intra-EU)

Because Peptidos.eu is an EU-established business and all shipments remain within the EU single market:

  • No customs duties or formal import clearance procedures typically apply.
  • VAT: We comply with applicable EU VAT rules. Depending on your status (business with valid VAT number vs. consumer), the appropriate VAT treatment (including reverse charge where applicable) is applied. Proper invoicing is provided.
  • Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the import, possession, storage, and use of Research Use Only (RUO) peptides complies with all laws and regulations in your specific EU member state. This includes any permits, notifications, or restrictions that may apply locally. Peptidos.eu accepts no liability for issues arising from non-compliance with local regulations.

6. Lost, Undelivered, or Problematic Packages

If your tracking information stops updating, shows the package as lost, significantly delayed, returned to sender, or held by authorities:

  1. Contact support@peptidos.eu immediately with your order number and tracking details.
  2. Upon carrier confirmation of loss, we will arrange a free reshipment of your order at no additional cost.
  3. For returns to sender, customs/regulatory holds, or other exceptional situations, our support team will evaluate the case individually and work with you toward a fair resolution (which may include reshipment).

We recommend contacting us promptly if your package has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before shipment: You may request a shipping address change or order cancellation by emailing support@peptidos.eu. We will do our best to accommodate requests.
  • After shipment: Address changes are generally not possible. In some cases the carrier may allow redirection (any additional fees are your responsibility).
  • Cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched.
